The St. Barnabas Leadership Council has decided that when our congregation returns, it will be in small study groups. "Small" is defined as less than 20 people. Only one group will meet at a time, and only in the Family Life Center. The study groups will be seated at tables, in metal chairs, and in compliance with social distancing.

At this time there will be no Scout meetings, sports activities, youth events, or outside groups/activities.

As our Church Campus remains closed, St. Barnabas United Methodist Church is live streaming worship at 11:00 a.m. each Sunday for our church family and community. There are three ways to view our live streaming services: on our church website, on our YouTube channel or on our Facebook page

Even as we are being asked to practice social distancing, we know that being in community is important for both our emotional and spiritual health. That is why we are working hard to create ways for those in our congregation to stay connected to God and each other.

For children, we are offering Kids Connect virtually via Zoom on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:00 p.m., a family Sunday School via Zoom at 9:30 a.m. and an at-home Sunday School Packet for families to walk through together at their leisure. For more information, contact Alyssa Lawther, Children's Discipleship Director.

For youth, we are offering a virtual Bible Study on Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 p.m., virtual hangout time on Sundays from 6:00-8:00 p.m., family devotionals and fun at-home activities for the youth. For more information, contact Kaitlyn Wilson, Youth Discipleship Director.

Many of our adult Sunday School classes and small groups are meeting virtually also. For more information, contact the Church Office.
