At St. Barnabas, we recognize that both body and spirit need to be nourished so that God's purpose may be fulfilled in our lives. Exercise classes of all levels are offered during the week to help our church family achieve their fitness goals.

Adult Open Gym

Tuesday and Friday | 6:00-8:00 a.m. | Family Life Center Gym

The Gym is open for adult basketball for early risers on Tuesdays and Fridays to "de-stress."

Matter of Balance

This free, evidenced-based program is designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. Check the church calendar for the next scheduled session.

Medium Aerobics

M-W-F | 9:00 a.m. | Barnabas Hall

This morning wellness group meets three times a week for stretching and exercise.

Stretch and Balance

Monday and Friday | 10:30 a.m. | Barnabas Hall

This class focuses on exercises and stretches to prevent falling and balance issues. No need to bring any special equipment, just wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

Tai Chi

Tuesdays | 10:00 a.m. | Barnabas Hall

Tai Chi involves slow, gentle, relaxing movements with mental focus that has shown to improve balance and decrease incidence of falls. No experience is necessary. 

Walking Track

Monday-Friday | 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. | Upstairs in the Family Life Center

Our walking track is open to everyone.
