Michelle searched for years to find what it was that God was calling her to. After serving in many different roles in the church she finally discovered that it was Youth Ministry that God was leading her to. She has served in Youth Ministry for over 18 years (9 of those years have been here at St. Barnabas UMC) and has her Certificate of completion from Perkins School of Youth Ministry.

She has been married for over 30 years to Mickey and they have two children, who have graduated High School and have begun new journeys into adulthood. She loves to help youth discover their love for Christ and a passion for serving others, add in lock-ins, prayer walks, dodge ball tournaments, mission trips, retreats and worship experiences along with a ton of fun and you have the perfect job for Michelle, Youth Ministry!
