Builders, Education Extension, E-210The builder’s class has a teacher-facilitated discussion format. Their studies alternate between Bible study, discipleship, spirituality and life issues. Members of this class help to facilitate the lessons. There is no specific age range for this class. Crossroads, Family Life Center, F-220 College age young adults, 18 – 24 years old, find a home in this class. Both singles and couples are welcome. Life experiences as well as video media are used to examine biblical texts in a more current format. Footsteps, Education Extension, E-216 We are an exciting group of couples and singles, primarily with school aged children and younger. We are learning how to live out our relationship with God and our families within the secular world. We recognize that Christians aren’t perfect, just forgiven! Facilitated lessons teach us how to deal with everyday situations in a Christ like manner. On a regular basis, we hold social gatherings for the entire family! We’ll keep your seat warm for ya! Journey, Family Life Center, F-212 A class for young married or recently engaged couples in their 20'swishexplore their faith at a deeper level, have fellowship with other couples and deepen their relationship with Christ through Christian friendships, Bible study and outreach. Facilitated by John & Kay Petersen, this class encourages couples to form a strong Christian foundation which will guide them on new“journey” of marriage and family life. In this class expect to develop supportive, diverse friendships and know that your opinion is heard in a warm, loving environment. Seekers, Education Extension, E-215 A rotating leadership among a dedicated group is adding another dynamic to this lively class. Study for this multigenerational class is based on the adult international lesson series. Discussion and varying opinion are enjoyed by this community. Sojourners, FLC Need a friend, a personal church guide or just want to talk? You will find a seat waiting for you at the Sojourner’s table. This group is about sharing God’s love through daily life experiences in a relaxed and casual roundtable format. Theophilites, Family Life Center, F-211 The Greek name for this class professes, “Lovers of God”. This is a lecture and discussion style class that is scripturally based with longtime teacher Jeff Holler. There are also guest teachers whose teaching styles include multimedia presentations and humorous yet inspiring lessons for the soul. This is a multigenerational class of both married and single members. Wesleyan, Family Life Center, F-213 If you have an inquisitive mind, you are welcomed here. This class has adults of all ages both couples and singles. They study books and DVD series that are supported with lots of great discussion time. Exercise your mind, heart and soul with this warm and friendly group. Remarkable Grace, RM F-221 A wonderful opportunity for special needs young adults to come together to learn about God, participate in mission activities and fellowship with one another. Women's Bible Study RM E-213 The Women’s Bible Study provides a supportive community for its members by focusing on study, prayer and fellowship. Bible-based study topics lead to wide-ranging discussion in a comfortable atmosphere. Members support the missions of the church and enjoy monthly social events. The class is open to women of all ages, married or single. |
